The heart chakra on the path of Self-realization
00:00:06 Speaker: Welcome, friends. In this awakening world in which you have the precious opportunity to wake up to the truth and the love of what you are. And today I want to talk about the anahata chakra or the heart chakra on the path of self-realization and what what it conveys to you. And obviously, realization is you realizing what you are and beyond the mind. And a very important means for that is actually the heart. It's sort of allowing what is non-conceptual to be you. This is a this is a capacity of the heart. Because when you start, as we saw previously, the previous chakras, as you start discriminating experientially between what you are and all appearances, what you are not and this discrimination increases. This distance increases. There's also an awakening to a different, a different essence, um, to you as awareness or pure being that is no longer conceptual. And it's one of the, the most difficult things actually, especially if we are very, you know, if we are warped a lot in our identity around constructs, around our intelligence. Um, it is to stay empty, to stay with nothing. And from that space, actually everything opens. It is the great opening to a heart that is boundless. That is no longer found in in a person's identity. And with that also more and more, the heart, you know, to come to know to this love. One of the biggest things you want to awaken to is to the love that you are, the love that's no longer a personal validation, but the impartial love of the self, the true love of the self. The person can already be very loving. That's very beautiful, very kind, very compassionate, very patient, very kind. You know, a very loving also affectionate, giving generous, all these qualities of the heart. But this love that you're awakening to in the heart chakra or in general, in your awakening to your true self, is a love that is no longer partial. And it comes from the allowance of this opening, this opening into what is non-conceptual and no longer of the mind. Because if you stay just with discrimination, there's oftentimes not really the collapse of the mind, you still. There's still too much trying to figure out. It's also just this surrendering, surrendering to, to the heart to, to this love. And it is also, you know, that's why so many. That's why this is also such an important, you know, an important awakening. The awakening of yourself being love, no longer wanting love, no longer even, you know, needing to, uh, you know, overwhelm people. It's more the love that simply is, you know, the impartial love of the self. It is a bigger heart than the person can ever have. It can obviously infuse the person's heart, but it's really this divine love and how, how it starts in your recognition and in your opening to it is first of all to become aware, to awareness what you are to consciousness as being able to bear it. It is this opening, you know. It is whatever actually comes your way, whichever is arising as an emotion, as a feeling, as a thought, as a belief, as a, as a sensation, there is this opening to it. You are simply being with it, but you are also you're also starting to have a different view on it. So first of all, you get to notice something that can actually bear whatever it is that is in your mind or whatever happens to you, or whatever feelings are generated. There is something deeper here that can open itself to that. So actually, no, not bypassing really this opening in a sensational thing is in this yes to. In this complete surrender to, but not no longer in the story, in the being with it, it can actually dissolve. It's a different way of the heart. It's a different way of, of opening yourself and, and also yes to, you know, you're starting to see like your recognition by this time has already matured into seeing that life originates from you as source. You know, every moment, everything in it, the fullness of it. So there is a maturing of it also from, you know, from not from being able to bear it all to actually seeing it as that love of source as that love of the divine. What displays itself and the other part of the heart that is so relevant is, is um, to come, to come into unity, to start understanding. That's that love that you are everyone and everything. Um, it comes from knowing that you're being your essential nature. The one consciousness is one, but it also oftentimes a lot of these unity experiences that many people just have. They also depict that it is one. Now be very mindful when I talk about unity. That's also actually the same as samadhi, you know it. Is that what. And what is the enabling of the heart? Like even on a relative level, what is it really love about? It is usually that our personal stance, our stance is not there. So what happens is, you know, you love something or someone. unconditionally or you love. For example, even on a relative level, you love your child. You love your. You know you love your partner. You love your family. You love your, your pet, you or whoever you love. And then this, this, this love is deeper than just, just a fleeting, a fleeting moment. But it's also always that if it comes from a real, you know, giving nature, your subjective stance vanishes. This is when the object of focus shines, when unity actually exists. You know, unity means no longer an I. You know, there's no I in unity. There's just the other. That's the capacity of the heart. This is when another can come alive in you. This is what a lot of the channelers actually do, you know. They are. No, they are not having, you know. The other comes alive in them as them. It is whatever you turn your attention towards becomes you. This is the capacity of the awakened heart and awakening to the true love of the self. Is also, you know, it's a lot. What, what many people actually wish for. you know, this, this, this, this overstepping even experientially of the separatist notion of self that is also false. So the heart can open you to that. Love can open you to that self realization. Actually, you know, independent, if someone is then very engaging or not. But actually the, the act of realizing the self comes from that love you, you, you surrender this subjective stance for this truth of the universal I I of our unified nature. This is the strength of the heart chakra and awakening to the heart chakra is also this unity and this. What does it also mean? Like if we. If we see it in, you know, in a way that the ego is more and more thinned out. Now the heart is really this unifier. And you are also, you know, very interested in, in this unity experiences and things they already actually come from, from this, this, this depth, the depth of the great causal body, you could say, or the depth of what you can know even within the mind and the depth of this realization that it is one unified, unified nature. And it's, it's so relevant. And also for, for all of you that are still so strongly connected to concepts, it's you're starting to allow. Yourself being non-conceptual no longer. You are starting to be comfortable with that. And there's also some form of collapse. You know, it's so nice also to, to, you know, to have to have these different contextual for people to have these different contextual, um, nuggets. You know, some some of these teachings, if you look at them, some of them are really trying to, to pull the ego, you know, the ego gets pulled. What what is still triggering for you? You know, where, where's, where's, where's still like an identity hook for you? Just a reflection, you know? And then there are others like, like these Zen koans. Some of them really meant to collapse your mind to, in a way. What what I often do with cessation, but also just this, this, this giving way, this opening to what you are before you have constructed yourself to, to, to really allow this to come to the foreground, you know, to really, um. To really also be okay with not knowing. And so the heart is all these things integrating opening to paradox, you know? All these nuggets, you know, when you have these moments of, you know, feeling very strongly actually, being very still, you know, and then then the agitation comes and it takes you into a complete paradox or, or simply seeing the paradox, paradox of this world paradox in your mind, paradox of that self and also this humanness. So, you know, it's always this heart is then always yes, you know, yes to this and this also, and this is also divine and this is also yourself in the end, you know, not, not, not outside of you at all, not coming from anything else than you as source. You know, this is also you. Can you open yourself? This is also you. This is also you. So this is the heart, these paradoxes, these unity, these unified, you know, coming to know really the unified essence of yours, but also coming to know this unified manifestation that we are in starting to see this, you know, not not only when you have near death experience and you suddenly see all these different lives, how they are, they, you know, coincide. But walking open eyed with this, this, this heart that can actually see the, the, the grandeur of, of this unified manifestation where each one gets exactly what is needed for them next. And what, what, what comes from them. You know, so, so important the heart to open the heart to find what in you can bear, you know, suffering. Not just suffering in you. Suffering in others, you know, is able to be with not needing to change, not not transforming, not, you know, but actually being there. Able to open yourself to that, able to see the paradox, able to, to, to, to reduce that sense of I so that other comes alive can shine so that universal I can shine. And also just this, you know, this stepping away from from this, this, this intrinsically external search of the separate self to find love, love in validation, love in, in, I don't know, in the sense of outer fulfillment, outer relationships, outer partners, outer here, outer there and finding the love that you already are. And, and seeing how this matures, how there's, how there's a maturing from bearing to, to seeing the love in duality in what expresses itself in life. In this present moment. It's a beautiful discovery for you to make. Its a deeper revelation and discovery of you being love. Namaste.
