Sacral chakra
00:00:06 Speaker: Welcome friends in this awakening world. Thank you for being here and your interest in discovering what you are essentially. Today I'm going to talk about the sacral chakra on the path of liberation, the Svadisthana Chakra on the path of liberation and when we talk about true awakening, what hopefully the path that you are on is and it is the last path for the soul. And it's also such an important one, because what you are awakening to is your divinity, your divine essence, universal consciousness, pure awareness, infinite intelligence, the absolute, however you want to call that. It implies also the collapse of the person from a deep seeing actually what the person is an identification, a false identification with that. And so the the first chakra in my course is about you actually becoming aware of what is that true self, not just as a concept, not just as something that, you know, that lingers. You know, how we often how we are brought up actually just conditioned wrongly to believe the divine is somehow outside of ourselves to have this feeling it's somehow around you or in the back of you or in the back of your life. And it's just something that you connect to. So the first chakra is so important because it actually allows you to remember what you are and to start seeing this false identification. You know, like a doctor or like like anyone that is a, you know, a good healer actually, or a good doctor. Starting to understand, okay, there is suffering, you know, but not just suffering. There's also this, this disconnect simply from divinity, from goodness, from from luminosity, from, from not suffering, from contentment, from happiness, from all these things. And then looking what is that root cause? And not just looking, but also finding out and seeing this. So the first chakra is so relevant also in this discovery, because it actually allows you for the first time to understand, wow, this is my true self and this is what I have falsely identified with. You're starting to reverse, from this encapsulated view of the senses. This encapsulated view of being caught up in sense perception. And from this encapsulated view, everything is outside of myself, the world, others, divinity. Everything is outside. It allows experience, but it is just this complete forgetfulness. And so you're stepping out. You're reversing, you're starting to see again. What is your true essence and how you know this conglomerate of thoughts, perceptions, descriptions, meanings that has been falsely identified with. Now, once there is a glimpse, once you have come to know not just mentally, but experientially, in your own, in your own discovery, in your own experience, there is no other way. You have to discover. So this is allowing this. This is allowing for you to see reality, to let that card house tumble to, to, to see for yourself, your own ignorance. That's nothing bad. You know, the person thinks something like ignorance is so bad. It is is such a gift. You are seeing then for yourself. My God, what have I falsely believed to be found in? It's like it is literally like a veil, you know, just taking the taking the blindfold off. Now once you know what you are as awareness or consciousness. Once this is experientially found, then you will need to discriminate. Discriminate yourself against appearances. This is sort of solidifying the clarity between what you are and between what you are not. And so the second chakra comes in now helping you. You are starting to experientially discriminate. Now the one of the you know, one of the things that is very sticky for people as an identification are emotions, feeling states, compulsions, desires, reactivity. The sacral chakra actually holds a lot of all of these mechanisms, how we interact from inside sense perception with one another. What kind of patterns, emotional patterns, feeling state patterns, desires have been sort of ingrained and are automatically playing themselves out. And it keeps this hamster wheel going, you know, like desires, desires. There's a gratification process happening. Certain feeling states are happening. Please always understand doesn't mean always that feeling states are negative. It means to start experientially knowing that you are not found in them, that your essential nature is not tainted, not stirred, not not shaken, not nothing by these fleeting feeling states. And to also see that, for example, what we from these sense perceptions, from this false identification, what we believe is happiness is a feeling state or feeling. States are ephemeral. They all come and go. If happiness is perceived as this feeling state. Yeah, as this chemical, you know, serotonin cocktail, these feeling states that are fleeting and it's a we already can actually, even conceptually, logically, you can understand, wow, something that's fleeting cannot give you lasting happiness, just impossible. You know, the equation is impossible. So you will have to see what is actually already happy. That's one of the things, you know, obviously also compulsions, reactivity, some emotional states, you know, certain reactive patterns, certain compulsions for people can cause enormous suffering. So sacral chakra, you know, sexuality, sexual drive, sexual compulsions can can cause enormous suffering for certain people. So it's also about, you know, unhooking, you know, how we often say you are not your thoughts, you're not your emotions. This is the experiential finding. This discovery is about the experiential inner standing that you are not found in emotions, sensations, feelings, states. Your essential nature is always just aware of. But this has to be discovered now. Always, you know, on the one hand is always like how, how, how can I reduce suffering, reduce suffering through emotional patterns, through reactivity, through all these things. But then there's also from this finding and this increased finding of what you are. This cannot be forgotten. Lasting happiness is found. Your finding fulfillment already here you're finding something that you have never encountered before. Actually, usually in your life that is by itself already fulfilled. What does that mean? It means it needs nothing from the external world. It is a fulfillment that rests in itself. You need nothing from other people. You need nothing from this outside world. It's it's a complete turnaround to the, the grasping and the hoping and the trying to amass to, to, to, to put on top of oneself that comes from this identified stance. You find fulfillment here always contentment always independent of all of what's going on this underlying essence is here. That's also in the sacral discovery. It's like finding fulfillment. Finally not by trying, but by remembering, remembering, discovering what you are as being fulfilled. No need for substances. No need for this or that. No need. Now in terms of oneness with the first chakra is a lot about self and in my course about true self. And the second chakra is about encounter with others. What are others from the self? Also appearances, but also parts of you. There are no others. How does this kind of discovery change your relationships? How does resting as the self in this fulfillment change your dynamics. If if if nothing is needed, you know, if you don't need the hook. And so this chakra is so pivotal for so many of these nuances, so many of actually our collective unconscious, both the pain body that sits in it, that comes from these desires and it comes from these reactivity, compulsions, addictions and all of that. But also just this, this remembrance of this happiness and this fulfillment and this joy that is actually always already what you are. So the second chakra is about this realm of emotions, sensations, compulsions, reactivity, the other knowing the other is you. And also this, this on this process of, of remembrance from having a glimpse, you know, coming to know what you are changing the scope of where you are perceiving from this increased discrimination. This is necessary to thin start thinning out the egoic structure and to start actually also increasing the clarity between what you actually are and what you have mistakenly perceived as you and this, this clarity and this discrimination and this growing detachment also actually then helps you with those unhelpful patterns that you have and some of these unhelpful responses. And it let's that which is inherently beautiful, shine. So this is the discovery that you can make in the sacral chakra from an understanding and a wish to know and remember what you essentially are. Namaste.
